Great storage facility and even better manager-Dale is amazing & goes above and beyond. I had. 31,000lb move from PA. She worked so hard to make sure I had as many of my units in the same building as possible and was there in her day off the moving company came. Can’t thank her enough! Oh and it’s a clean well maintained facility. 🤗

New owners, same great service. Very helpful and friendly. We have been using this location for over ten years off and on. Never had an issue but that also means that units are harder to get, due to the demand and reputation of this location

Mark and the rest of Cleveland storage were fantastic. My entire experience was a very positive one. I was moving a classic car from NY down to their site and couldn’t be there in person. Mark helped work with me and the transportation company to ensure my car arrived safely. He had a lock for my unit ready to go, was on top of all the paper work and everything was very well organized. The prices were great, they were easy to get in touch with and the service was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone for any storage needs.
